If you receive a message that your "Camera isn't connected", we recently released a firmware update for both the case and the camera that should resolve this issue. Before installing those updates, please make sure you've installed the latest iOS update. When you've done that step, slip your phone into the battery case, open the ION360 U app, and go to Settings. From there, choose Hardware Update. Follow the on-screen prompts to install both updates, and when complete, attach your camera module again.
